By accessing or using golfersuniversity.com or the Golfers University Recruitment Portal (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a subscription. Parents and guardians may create accounts on behalf of junior golfers. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@golfersuniversity.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.1 Plans Golfers University offers subscription-based access to the Recruitment Portal. Available plans and current pricing are displayed at the time of purchase on our website.
3.2 Billing Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
3.3 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
3.4 Refunds All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise determined at our sole discretion.
3.5 Price Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any recruiting profile, academic information, athletic data, or other content you submit through the Services. Golfers University does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any profile information and is not responsible for any decisions made by college programs, coaches, or institutions based on content submitted through the platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the Golfers University Recruitment Portal — are owned by Golfers University or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, or websites. Golfers University is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Golfers University does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding recruiting outcomes, scholarship results, or coach engagement generated through use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golfers University and its founders, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost recruiting opportunities, missed scholarship deadlines, or reliance on platform content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Golfers University in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golfers University and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or misleading profile content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, college programs, or the integrity of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@golfersuniversity.com.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
